Sausage-making workshop

Lorenzo apprenticed in Dario Cecchini, and worked at Feather and Bone, an artigianal free range butcher shop in Australia where sustainability is priority. Lorenzo has great ideas, come learn hand-made sausage skills and talk to Lorenzo about his experience as a butcher.

The food system is not a chain as it is usually referred to, rather, it could be described as consisting of a multitude of interdependent cycles.
