Ptarmigan Tallinn artist-in-residence Karl Larsson (Sweden) will lead a two-day workshop looking to create visual art from waste materials. A Tallinn-based waste management company has supplied plenty of refuse, and this two day workshop will contain both practical and theoretical elements.
